A Personal Introduction

Welcome! On this page, I will be sharing my story of how I became who I am today.

As far as I can remember, my life revolved around the arts. I started in the world of music at the age of 6 until I became physically incapable to continue. Immediately after, my father had purchased a personal computer, and from then on, I knew that nothing could stop me from creating the things that I love.

Aside from music, I also liked doing different things.
I crafted a lot during my childhood; I remember being innovative with things available around me to create toys that we could not afford, drawing/sketching up my wild ideas, repairing discolorations/damages in household items, etc. From the moment we got our very first PC, I slowly digitized my art while exploring different softwares — I jumped from a software to another to see what will work best for me and to experiment with how I can execute my project best. I can say that I am a fast learner and a multi-tasker because of this!

As I grew older, resources became more accessible for me especially on campus. The people who have witnessed my creations were the ones to make me realize that I had great potential in the field of design. It did not take long until the whole community learned about my skills and eventually, as I gained paying clients, I started my path to freelancing.

I have had several projects in graphic design, branding design, website design, storyboarding, 3D animation/modelling, team management — I explored different roles to satiate my passion for learning. I had loyal, repeat clients to whom I am grateful for their trust and for being the stepping stones to my success today. Learning new things is one of the most exciting parts of my life so I grab onto every opportunity that comes my way even though the path I am about to take is full of uncertainty, because I might regret if I let opportunities pass. I see new opportunities as chances for me to open another door to new, useful knowledge and experience.

I spent all of my senior high school to college years accepting private/personal commissions from various people through personal connections and social media. Even after I started full-time employment, I still took on gigs that excited my insatiable passion for my craft, knowing that we can make a huge impact with my skills combined with other talented individuals who share the same goal as I.

I believe that each client who decided to put their trust in me helped me grow into a versatile designer and artist that I am today, and the best yet to be.

For that, I am forever grateful.

Thank you for believing in me.
